This past week when chatting with a Wedding Planner, we talked about how COVID has changed weddings in so many ways. Some couples have planned and replanned and replanned their weddings over the past year. Couples that postponed their day until this year and still wondering if they can follow through with plans or if they need to change them again. I can only imagine how frustrating this must be! Many couples are wishing they had their ceremony last year even though only a few people could attend, and others are opting for a ‘legal’ ceremony now, just so they are married and then a celebration when it is safe to do so.
While many people think the only quick and legal option is to go to city hall, did you know that you can have an intimate legal ceremony in your own home for a very similar price? Not only are you in your own comfortable and safe surroundings, but you can still personalize your ceremony, you can be more flexible with the time and day you have it. All you need are 2 witnesses of legal age and a room. I will even take a few pictures following the ceremony to help you capture your special moment.
