The day of the wedding, make sure that the groom and the rest of the groomsmen are ready and at the venue at least 45 minutes early. You are responsible for the rings. Keep them safe! You will also be a witness to the ceremony and will need to sign the legal documents. At the reception/dinner, it is your job to toast the Maid of Honour and Bridesmaids as well as the Happy Couple. A tasteful story of how you know the groom is welcome. Be prepared to dance with the Maid of Honour as well as greeting guests and making them feel welcome during the ceremony.
